   Refund Period: You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
   Return Requirements: To ensure the integrity of the item, all accessories, instructions, and original packaging must be included and there should be no obvious signs of use.
   Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us via our customer service email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refund Processing
   Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 5 business days and process the refund if we confirm that it meets the refund requirements. You will receive a confirmation email.
   The refund amount will be fully refunded based on the payment method used. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take several business days to process.
3. Shipping Costs
   Refunds for returns due to customer reasons (e.g. product dislike) will not include the original shipping cost. Returns due to product defects or our error will be covered by the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
4. Exceptions
   The refund policy does not apply in the following circumstances:
   Opened items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are no quality issues.
   Items that have exceeded the refund period.
