The refund amount will be fully refunded based on the payment method used. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take several business days to process. - Shipping Costs
Refunds for returns due to customer reasons (e.g. product dislike) will not include the original shipping cost. Returns due to product defects or our error will be covered by the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. - Exceptions
